A new program being offered at Prince William Sound Community College,
beginning in February is the Professional Millwright program.
The skills required of a Millwright combine multiple trades like welding,
pipefitting, machining, carpentry, and mechanics.

UAA Chancellor’s Phi Theta Kappa Tuition Waiver Scholarship
PTK members in good standing with a 3.5 cumulative GPA who transfer to UAA for a Bachelor’s degree
are eligible to receive this scholarship. This scholarship is a two-semester tuition waiver (12 credits per semester).
