The PWSCC Business Office team of professionals provides the nuts and bolts necessary to facilitate college operations and is committed to the ethical stewardship of the college's resources. It is our responsibility to provide a safe, enjoyable learning and work environment for students, faculty, staff and visitors.

The business office manages a wide range of administrative services including budget, finance, accounting, grants and contracts, procurement, travel, facilities, maintenance/custodial, risk management, payroll, security and auxiliary operations.

The PWSCC Business Office is responsible for ensuring that the integrity of our institution is upheld by maintaining compliance with our governance board the University of Alaska Board of Regents, state and federal laws and UA policy and procedures; at the same time providing innovative services to our college's diverse user groups and the advancement of the community college mission. It is critical that attention to cost efficiencies and best practices be exercised in order for PWSCC to provide affordable educational opportunities and the sustainability of our facilities, equipment and assets.
