OUTCOMES

Upon completion of this OEC, students will be able to demonstrate:

  1. Entry-level skills in word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
  2. Basic skills in computer hardware and operating systems.

This certificate blends the skills of a network technician with those of the administrative support professional by providing basic skills for setting up and troubleshooting computer hardware and networks.
