OUTCOMES

Upon completion of this OEC, students will demonstrate the following:

  1. Keystroke skills of 28 wpm.
  2. Entry level skills in word processing and spreadsheets.
  3. Entry level skills using the Internet to obtain information.
  4. Customer service skills.
  5. Knowledge of proper grammar and mechanics used in business documents.
  6. The ability to create and maintain an electronic file system.

This certificate provides foundational skills required for entry into the administrative office professional field and is required for the completion of all the following Computer Information & Office Systems OE’s.
