Arts & Humanities
At PWSCC, the Department of Arts & Humanities works to create and disseminate knowledge of human experience, thought, expression, and creativity to advance human welfare in every dimension. PWSCC educates global citizens who think creatively about challenges and approaches to major issues and ideas. Its Faculty members cultivate the transforming power of the imagination and lead their fields on ambitious topics ranging from theatre, music, art, development, philosophy, literature, and many more! Through lectures and class discussions, and through the writing of essays, acting, art, and music, students learn to conduct independent assessments of documents, ideas, and creativity.
